I know what you are all thinking, it looks great doesn't it? But you don't have a picture of the back (and I'm not posting one). There is bunches of bunches and I really have to stick to piecing and let someone else do the quilting.
It's all in the basting--if you do a really good job in stretching that bottom layer and baste it really well, you shouldn't have puckers on the back. I know--we all hate basting, but that is the secret to success. Okay, I'll save you the "master baster" jokes. :)

I agree, the kids won't notice! The top is beautiful! I piece, but get someone else to quilt because I tend to have bunching issues too! :-D
