Sunbonnet Sue Strikes Again

At most quilt shows I have attended, the vendors mostly sell fabric and patterns. While their wares are tempting, you don't see much that you haven't already seen online. I look for the different or unusual, but I rarely find it.
The same is true of this years Broward Quilt Expo. Lots of eye candy, but what to buy? I love goofy socks. I have posted in the past of my collection of Christmas socks but did you know I also have Halloween socks, Valentine socks, and Easter socks (still looking for the missing holidays). What better purchase could I make at a quilt show than quilt socks? Every quilter who knows me knows I am not a big Sue fan. But Sue has been good to me this past year. I have sold many Sue blocks and Sue postcards. I thought it would be appropriate to get Silly Sue Socks.

these are so cute!

I've just recently started buying myself holiday socks too. :) I find them at the $1 isle in Target sometimes, and also have seen holiday themed socks at Joann's by the cutting counter - hope you can find some for all the holidays too.

Love from Texas! ~bonnie
