Is it too early?
I really don't like it when you see Christmas being advertised before Halloween. But, I'm reading on all the blogs and forums that you've got to start early to get the jump on all the crafters and artisans selling their wares. Who am I to argue with experience?

I'm with you, I don't like how they push the Christmas stuff so early. But, if you're selling something you pretty much have to go with the old saying "If you can't beat em join em"
The bowls are great and I really love that table topper.
I was reading that the retailers started this trend to try and beef up the weak numbers they had last year. Some retailers in Reno started Christmas in September.

I was coming back from a party last evening and saw a home in my neighborhood with Christmas decorations and lights. The retail industry has to get a jump on the holidays especially during this economy. So, as much as I don't like seeing it this early if you are any type of artist then you need to follow suit and get your stuff out there.
