Which way do I go?

I got this stack of Moda fat quarters as a gift from my husband awhile ago, but I really didn't know what to do with it.

Last month I found this pattern that would look great using my fat quarters.

My plan was to make one block per month but it's already the 5th and I haven't even started.
I have wanted to make pop up greeting cards for years and years. I have purchased two books over the years but my cards have always ended up in the trash.  (It might be the reason I make fabric postcards, because my paper cards are so bad). I did some reading and discovered I needed something to score the paper. It wasn't easy finding this inexpensive embossing tools but here it is along with my attempt at a card.

The supply of postcards in my shop has dwindled and I am in need of making more of those. But, I am way behind in making preemie quilts for charity. I have made 48 string blocks that need to be sent to the Heartsting Project. I have a small supply of donation fabrics left, but I need to take a trip to the fabric stores in search of discounted fabrics.
If all that isn't enough, I still have a house full of Christmas decorations that need to be boxed up and taken back to storage. I am really feeling overwhelmed and don't know where to start or what I want to do next.
How in the world did I do this when I had a full time job?

You sound like me... I want to do so many things and then I get stressed and overwhelmed when I can't fulfill all my 'obligations' and goals.

Perhaps you could take a timer and give yourself 1/2 hour at a time to box up Christmas stuff and then work on your projects. No law says you got to do the whole job all at once... :)

Your fabric postcards are so fantastic!! I like the pop-up card a lot too :)

Welp, time to give it up for the day, make a nice cup of tea and curl up with a book! Just kidding. Wouldn't it be nice to do that when you get overwhelmed, though?!

The best way I know of to get really precise score lines is to use a Scor-pal. I just got one for Christmas.

Sometimes I think I'm the only one that is completely overwhelmed; why is it that everyone else always seems to have it all together?
Thank you for posting this (I feel ever so much better - haha :o)
