Vintage Valentine
In 2006, in a moment of weakness (or maybe just insanity) I signed up for a block of the month. There are 12 blocks, plus one large central block, plus a finishing package and a backing. It cost far too much but sure looked pretty.
I had planned to do the applique by hand. What was I thinking...........................

Well, it might take a whole year to do each block....but it can be done! ;)

I have those "sounded like a good idea at the time" moments all the time.
That is really intricate.
