Shamrocks Appliqued Quit Blocks

 With Christmas fast approaching, I don't know of any quilter who would start a Christmas quilt. So, may I suggest starting a St. Patrick's Day quilt.

Party Dresses

I have made many of these in the past, I had called them Dolly Dresses. But I wasn't really happy with the pattern so I redesigned it, streamlined it, if you will and now call them Party Dresses.

I had an idea to make them using holiday prints, 9 all together in Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentines, St. Patrick's, Easter, 4th of July, Halloween and rounding out the 9 with an autumn and summer print. I don't know if this I a good idea or bad, so I will await any comment on the topic.

Charity Qults

My box of donated fabrics is still growing and people continue to give me bits and pieces of the best fabrics. It's time to do something about it so a string quilt is a good place to start. It's easy to make quilt blocks for little girls especially when you have tons of pink fabric. Making a quilt for a little boy is not as easy. Here is the start of a boy quilt using many of the already cut strips in my stash. I'm not so crazy about it.

Dog Days Part 2

Remember the 4 doggy blocks I made for a customer? She liked them so much she has ordered 12 more, all to be different. This is going to be a challenge.
