This is the first preemie quilt made from my embroidered quilt block winnings. I like the way it turned out and would make more, but I have run out of fabric. I know what you're thinking, what about all those bingo fat quarters. I do have tons of pink fabric, scraps, fat quarters and even a few third of a yard pieces but none are big enough for the backing. For now, I think I might work on some quilt as you go blocks using the brightly colored fabrics in my collection. I'm sure I can get a few childrens quilts out of all the fabric I have.

You ran out of fabric? LOL I bet with all the stuff you make you've gone through a ton of it. This one is really cute. Love the pinks

Quilt as you go is a good thing! I've done that on a couple of lap quilts and they turned out to be reversible!
