I have seen these around blogland and they seem pretty popular. So I had to make my own version of these party garlands. I have made 4 to start with but I have lots of ideas on color and design selection. There are so many events, holidays and reasons to hang a garland.
Too bad it's about to rain. The photos are kind of dull.
